Pipe rail trolley Easy Kit

For all those daily activities where an advanced hydraulic pipe rail trolley is not actually needed, we are introducing our new Easy Kit pipe rail trolley.

Manually adjustable
For businesses with long path lengths, the need to adjust the platform height continuously is significantly reduced. Many activities are carried out at a height selected in advance. For this reason, the Easy Kit features a mechanically adjustable platform.

Less maintenance
The trolley has no hydraulic systems on board, so that the risk of technical problems is greatly reduced.

Working platform
A generous workplace that can be positioned at any desired height via a sophisticated click system. The platform can be clicked solidly at any desired height between 40 and 280 cm (above the concrete path), in steps of 15 cm. Depending on the platform height chosen, more or less ladder rungs are clicked in.

The Easy Kit is short, light and extremely manoeuvrable. Due to the low weight, no lifting system is needed. Moving the platform on its castors is simple.

Propulsion is provided by a powerful 24 V electric motor with chain coupling to the drive shaft. The trolley’s maximum speed is 40 m/min.

Transport advantage
The trolley can be completely dismantled and assembled in position with simple tools. In this way you can obtain a huge saving on transport costs.
