The B-transport trolley is an automatic harvesting trolley for gerberas, for example. The trolley is available with vane / slot or induction controls. The number of trolleys required is determined by the size of the company and the number of harvesters you employ. We are happy to calculate this for you.

The frame of the B-transport trolley has been developed especially for the harvesting of all types of fruiting vegetables and cut flowers. The only condition is that your greenhouse is fitted with a tubular rail system. The trolley is fitted with a rack that has been developed especially for gerbera containers. Containers with water are placed on top of the rack, leaving room at the bottom for several buckets for another variety or waste. The B-transport trolleys are "sent” from the processing area to the cultivation area. The harvester subsequently places the trolley on the tubular rail, after which sensors automatically move it along the rail, enabling the harvester to fully concentrate on picking the gerberas. You can of course also opt to manually move the trolley by using the 2 push bars.

Once all the buckets have been filled, the trolley is automatically guided to the processing area via the concrete aisle. The harvester takes the next harvest trolley and can continue picking. The buckets are emptied in the shed and the trolleys are returned to the greenhouse. The trolleys can be fitted with aisle registration modules, providing you with useful management information. At the end of the day, the trolleys can be automatically sent to a loading or storage area.
